TUrVoKe's activities are suitable for everyone, regardless of the annual course, so it doesn't matter if you don't know anything about the job. The most important thing is that you have enough enthusiasm to do it :)
Gets to promote students' sports opportunities/activities
Free club textiles (technical t-shirt and seasonal hats)
Access to free board refreshments evenings
Board bonus equal to the sports fee (88€ money)
Gather at the General Assembly of the Board. Responsible for all the board's institutions and organizes and prepares board meetings and general meetings.
Assists the chairman in his duties. If the chairman is disabled, you can hold the meetings on his behalf. It has usually been combined with another duties.
Serves as secretary at board meetings and general meetings and also assists the chairman when necessary.
Is responsible for the financial affairs of the association. Pays, among other things, the association's invoices, salaries and keeps records of expenses.
Is responsible for organizing the association's events. TUrVoKe traditionally organizes taisteluidenyö and aamuverryttely during wappu and at other times of the year the Winter Sports Week, the Hervanta Run and a Volleyball Tournament.
Sports club manager
Acts as contact person for TUrVoKe's sport clubs. Assists in establishing new sports clubs and organizes sports fairs.
Sports department manager
Acts as a contact person for the sports managers of the guilds. Organizes and advises the sports division, which consists of the sports representatives of all the guilds.
Is responsible for TUrVoKe's communication channels and information. TUrVoKe has a website, Facebook, Instagram and Telegram channel.
Procurement and cooperation manager
Gets sponsors for the events and is responsible for making purchases for the association (e.g. new exercise equipment).
